We collect any co-payments, deductibles, and co-insurance amounts on the day of surgery. As a reminder, you are responsible for any balance not covered by your insurance company. If you do not have insurance, you are responsible for all fees incurred with the surgeon, facility, anesthesia, and pathology (if applicable).
